Description
Child Outreach is a free service offered to all children 3 to 5 years old. Child Outreach provides information about your childâs development and resources that are available within your community. It can also help identify children who may need further assessment, intervention and/ or services at an early age to promote positive outcomes in kindergarten and beyond.

Intake Procedure
If your child attends a South Kingstown preschool, we will be visiting that school and you will receive information from us. If your child attends a preschool in a town other than South Kingstown or is not currently enrolled in preschool, please contact South Kingstown Child Outreach at (401) 360-1231 to schedule an appointment.Open screenings are available the first Friday of each month by appointment.
