It is available for only one wireless or wireline per household. Eligible applicants can receive a free phone, 1000 FREE minutes and unlimited texts and 3GB of data each month under the program through carriers approved by the PUC.

Must receive one or more of the following government benefits: Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Supplemental Social Security (SSI), Section 8, Veterans Pension/Survivor Benefits, Tribally Administered Temporary Financial Assistance (Tribal TANF), Tribal Head Start (income qualifying), Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) May also qualify if total household income is at or under 135% FPL.
