The Narragansett Emergency Operations Plan has identified and prioritized hazards that could affect the community. Based upon history, vulnerability, threat and probability, the following hazards are identified in order of concern: Hurricane, Severe Weather, Widespread Power Failure, Hazardous Materials Incidents, Flooding and Dam Failure, Local Radiological Incidents, Earthquake.
