PawsWatch is a 100% volunteer organization with no paid staff or employees that provides veterinary care and shelter to improve the lives of feral and unowned cats. PawsWatch advocates and practices the internationally recognized Trap-Neuter-Release-Monitor protocol as the only humane solution to the state's feral cat challenge.

PawsWatch does not operate a physical shelter, but instead has different chapters operating throughout Rhode Island.

      PawsWatch is looking for volunteers interested in helping homeless and feral cats to join its team. Contact by email at cats@pawswatch.org.

      Volunteer positions include:
      -Trap-Neuter-Return program support
      -Foster adoptable cats and kittens
      -Care for PawsWatch cats on display at the Johnston PetSmart store
      -Be a feral cat colony caretaker
      -Provide community outreach and education
      -Work on the fundraising and event planning committee
      -Perform PawsWatch business and administration tasks
      -Care for PawsWatch cats on display at the Johnston PetSmart store
