Tides is a non-traditional agency, unlike any other. Their !No-walls! philosophy puts them in the heart of neighborhoods where clients live!the most distressed and poverty-stricken areas of Rhode Island. Community-based programs service these youth, aged 6-21, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Programs include strength-based counseling, structured recreation, cognitive behavioral therapy, after-school programming and two small, licensed schools.
