Eligibility

Hamilton: Best available candidate (i.e. match) for a particular class. Limited financial aid is available, but is not a factor in admissions decisions. All applicants must have a psycho-educational or neuropsychological-education evaluation. The Wheeler School makes Tuition Assistance considerations on the basis of financial assessments conducted by School and Student Services (SSS), a subsidiary of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS). Families confidentially submit documentation to SSS, and Wheeler’s Tuition Assistance Committee carefully reviews the organization’s recommendation before considering a Tuition Assistance package.

2018-19 Tuition Levels: Nursery / Pre-K: $17,055 (half day to noon); Nursery / Pre-K: $20,805 (full day to 3 pm); Grades K-2: $32,090; Grades 3-5: $33,055; Grades 6-12: $36,270; Hamilton Grades 1-8: $50,545 Need-based Financial Aid Budget $3,940,028 Percent of students receiving Need-based Aid 25.6% Average Need-based Award $19,126

Online Application Rolling admission cycle after deadline dates, available online. Transcripts for the past 2.5 years (NOT required for applicants to Nursery, Pre-Kindergarten, or Kindergarten Teacher Recommendation Forms Applicant Visit MS and US Applicants Only: Test scores from the ISEE or SSAT Hamilton maintains a "rolling" admission policy when spaces are available, regular admission decisions are made no later than March 9. These decisions are not based on "first come first served," but rather on the best available candidate (i.e. match) for a particular class. Limited financial aid is available, but is not a factor in admissions decisions.
