All dogs over 6 months must have a license in North Kingstown. It must be renewed each year in April, to get a license you must provide proof ob up to date rabies shots.

Eligibility

You must have permission from your landlord if you do not own your home.

Fees

The first offense if an animal is picked up and does not have a license is $25; second offense $200; third offense $500. The adoption fee is $25. When the animal is spayed or neutered, $20 will be refunded Dog license fee: $7.
