Eligibility
Open to the public, and all are encouraged to peruse the collections while inside. The vast majority of our programs are free and open to the public, and all are welcome to attend. Our Childrenâs Library offers an array of free events, story times, and quiet nooks in which to curl up and read. Those who wish to check out materials must become a member.Borrowing privileges are only one of the many benefits of membership. Membership fees help sustain this building, our collections, and our public mission.

Household: $200 per year / $16.66 per month Individual: $165 per year / $13.75 per month Individual Under 35: $95 per year / $7.92 per month (with proof of age) Six-month Introductory (first-time members only; for individuals or families): $65 Full-time College Student: $35 per year (with valid student ID)
