Services: A culinary training program for low-income, unemployed and welfare-to-work adults based on a national model that provides a full time 14-week/400 hour program. Throughout the training program, students use donated meat, packaged and canned goods, prepared and perishable food and fresh produce from our Community Harvest program to create nutritious meals for community meal sites and Kids Cafe, a community meal program exclusively for children at risk of hunger. This program offers training, workshops, hands on experience, certifications and employment opportunities.

Community Kitchen provides a full chef�s uniform. FIP recipients receive transportation reimbursement and free child care during the program
