Family literacy program offering ABE/GED, ESOL, parenting, an early childhood program, interactive literacy and family activities. Parents must have a child under the age of eight to attend.
*Serves adults 16+ who are not enrolled in school*
Project RIRAL provides literacy services to adults so that they may achieve their personal educational and employment goals in order to be productive family members, citizens and workers.

Description
Adult Basic Education is offered in English and is designed for students who need to improve their basic academic skills in order to enter into the National External Diploma Program, prepare for the GED, or enroll in an occupational skills training program. This can be a helpful transitional class for those adults who have been out of school for a long time or for advanced ESOL learners. The focus of the class is to improve: Math, reading, writing, social studies, science, digital literacy, and critical thinking.

RIRALâs free English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESL/ESOL) offer students from foreign countries an opportunity to learn English. Classes are divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. ESOL classes prepare students to live, work and study in the United States. As ESOL students advance, they may transition into our adult basic and adult secondary education classes, college transition program, or a job training program.
