This program is designed to give seniors and those with long-term disabilities the option of managing their care. Personal Choice enables you to purchase your care and services from a Personal Choice budget based on your functional needs. Youâll be in charge. Youâll hire and supervise your caregivers. Youâll determine: Who you want in your home The most convenient times for your schedule How your care attendant can best support your goals Their staff will help you initiate these services. Your budget for a personal care attendant will be determined based on your functional needs. An âIndividual Service and Spending Planâ focusing on specific goals will then be created.
