Outcome Measurements Development

Taxonomy Code: TP-6500.1800-600

Programs that help nonprofit organizations, small businesses and other groups evaluate the effectiveness of their products and services by assessing the benefits or changes for individuals, teams, organizations or communities that are a result of participating in program activities. The program may also help the organization define outcome indicators (specific items of data that are tracked to measure how well a program is achieving an outcome) and outcome targets (objectives for the program's level of achievement). Outcomes may relate to intended and unintended knowledge, skills, attitudes, values, behavior, condition, or status. They are what participants know, think, or can do; how they behave; or what their condition is, that is different following participation in the program.
