Alexander which helps students become aware of and make changes in the way they sit, stand and walk with the objective of improving their balance, coordination, flexibility and ease of movement; eliminating physical problems such as back and neck pain and chronic tension; and achieving optimal mental and physical health. Lessons are individual, involve verbal guidance and guidance by touch, and focus particularly on the positioning of the head, neck and back.
