Offers open-ended groups for children ages 3-19 and their families after the death of a loved one. The groups meet on alternating weekdays. There is no fee charged for participation in our programs.

Description
Services: Families Reaching Into Each New Day. Friends Way provides free peer based support groups, under the direct supervision of mental health professionals, for children and teens who are mourning the death of a loved one, usually a parent or sibling. We also provide crisis intervention, education and training on the subject of children's grief and loss to schools, mental health professionals, clergy and the community at large.
