Description:

Safe, temporary domestic violence shelter for women and their children. Common rooms (kitchen, laundry etc. are not handi-cap accessible.)

Full range of support services including emotional support/education on domestic abuse and victimization; assistance with housing, financial, employment and legal needs.
-Court advocacy in Kent County and Cranston/Johnston, Foster Scituate and North Providence.
-Outreach program for victims not requiring shelter, including individual and group support meetings.
-Community education.
-Teen domestic violence counseling available and services for elderly victims.

-Transitional housing Program
-Children/Teens Educational/Support Programs.
-Extensive referral network.

Setup:
16 bed capacity
NOT handicap accessible

Meals:
3 meals per day provided

Important Policies:
Curfew: 6:00PM (reasonable exceptions)
Duration of stay: flexible to individual needs
