Healthy Families America is a national evidence-based maternal and child home visiting service. HFA pairs expectant mothers or families with newborns with a Family Support Worker, who provides free home visiting services to the family and their child until the child!€™s fourth birthday.

Our core services and supports are: Meeting Street Early Intervention, Bright Futures, The Children's Network, Meeting Street Specialty Services, The Grace School, The Carter School.

Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Feeding and Nutrition Program provides food vouchers, allowing them to purchase milk, eggs, cheese, juice and iron fortified cereals and formula. The WIC coordinator provides nutrition education and counseling to all program participants on a monthly basis.

              Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Feeding and Nutrition Program provides food vouchers, allowing them to purchase milk, eggs, cheese, juice and iron fortified cereals and formula.
