Contact by phone or email to become a mentor must fill out application, pass screening process, and attend training program. Students find mentors through their schools

Description
Conducts a computer literacy training program through the Career Mentoring Resource Center for unemployed and underemployed adults 18+ (must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED). Also operates the Rhode Island Mentoring Partnership Feinstein Mentor Network, an umbrella to local mentoring programs and a member of the National Mentoring Partnership, with a goal of increasing the number of mentors and the quality of mentoring programs throughout the State of Rhode Island. The Mentoring Partnership was formed as a result of the extraordinary success of the Feinstein/Warwick Mentor Program, the Foundation's flagship program, and the model for the expansion of mentoring in all 39 cities and towns.
