East Bay Community Development Corp, (EBCDC) was established to create and maintain affordable housing for the town!s low to moderate income citizens in the face of continually rising housing prices and the stagnation of wages.

Mon-Thu 8:30AM-4:00PM, Fri 8:30AM-12:00PM
Intake Process:
Complete application available online, call 401-253-2080 to schedule a drop-off at EBCDC office.
Program Fees:
$25 application fee per adult upon unit availability
Eligibility:
Must meet income guidelines, dependent on family size
Rent 30% of income
