Helps students identify choice and make effective decisions about their adult lives, which requires substantial planning. RHD-RI School Services, is committed to supporting students and their families to ensure a successful transition from school based services to adulthood. Works in collaboration with schools, families and host employers to create opportunities that address the goals and objectives embedded in a student’s IEP while assisting them with the completion of their Career Development Plan. They start with the philosophy that each individual at RHDRI is focused on finding a role in their community that is meaningful, supported and positive for both the individual client and the community at large.
