Grassroots recovery community organization of individuals supporting those in recovery and those seeking recovery with peer support/referrals/social events. Dedicated to developing a voice of empowerment for, and decreasing the stigma about, alcohol and other drug dependency recovery.

RICARES works with various agencies, in all sectors of business; private, public, and for profit; to conduct focused outreach. Their goal is establish the presence of people in long term recovery at all levels of the community.
