Offers a wide array of services to adults with developmental disabilities and children with diverse needs.
Work & Enrichment:
Help people to develop their skills, talents and interests. Also, help identifying strengths and work interests through vocational assessments and opportunities to try out specific jobs. Preparation for the job, on-the-job training, consultation with employers and the option of long term supports to ensure career success.
Family & Children:
A wide array of services including therapeutic support for children and families, support and educational groups for parents, creative approaches to success at school, assistance with school to career transitions, and days filled with learning and adventure at our integrated summer camp.
Residential Services:
Residential services to meet each person's needs - ranging from 24-hour support in a shared living arrangement, to part-time assistance for people living in their own apartments or with family.

Research has shown that providing intervention in the early years can make a critical difference in a childâs lifetime of growth. Infants and toddlers learn best from the everyday experiences with the familiar people in their lives. The Looking Upwards team will help you understand what factors may be influencing your childâs development. If your child needs support, looking Upwards will work alongside your family as you support your child. Your comprehensive team of developmental specialists is designed based on your childâs unique needs. Among those who may be on your team are occupational and physical therapists, nurses, educators, speech and language therapists, social workers and service coordinators.
Eligibility
Infants and toddlers ages 0-3 with developmental concerns.
Fees
There are no out-of-pocket costs for families receiving Early Intervention. Funding is accessed through medical assistance, the state, and private health insurance.
