To Bring to First Meeting at Community Care Alliance: Proof of Income, Proof of Food Stamps, Photo ID, Social Security Card and Birth Certificate for everyone in household; Copy of Medical Insurance Card, Current rent receipt; Current gas and electric bill

Must First Go to Community Care Alliance to become client: CCA Drop in Hours: Wed & Friday 9 - 11:30AM, 1-4PM Located at: 245 Main St, Woonsocket. OR Call Community Care Alliance 235-7000 40 Minute Meeting to complete application. Then if approved, client given voucher to one of three churches. Saint Joseph, Fri 5:30 - 6pm; Saint James Mon & Wed 3-4pm, or Our Lady Queen of Madres Tues & Thurs 1:30 - 2:30pm. Can go once every three months. BUT client can also get food from CCA every month.
