CCAP offers a full range of behavioral health counseling and substance use services to help individuals and families develop healthy ways of coping with adversity and resolve problems that have created obstacles to leading full lives. They have a staff of caring, experienced Licensed Independent Social Workers and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors provide individual, couples, family and group therapy. General Outpatient Psychotherapy Substance Abuse Outpatient Counseling Medication Assisted Treatment Anxiety Adjustment Disorders Depression Sexual Abuse Counseling Trauma Counseling /Victims of Crime Medical/Health Issues Parental Guidance Gay & Lesbian/Transgendered Issues Groups: Groups for children, youth and adults vary depending on needs.

Healthy Families America (HFA) is designed to help parents with understanding and caring for their infant’s needs, building strong parent child connections, breastfeeding and feeding support, and helping children learn and grow to reach their potential. Parents as Teachers (PAT) is a home based program that supports parents by teaching them the skills they need to teach their children and enhance their development and also supports families with monthly community activities and family events. Both programs enrolls pregnant families and families with children up to 4 years old. Both programs are free and help families connect with other services and supports that they feel they need. Parent as Teacher Program (PAT) PAT is a free home based program that supports parents by teaching them the skills they need to teach their children and enhance their development and also supports families with monthly community activities and family events. PAT enrolls pregnant families and families with children up to 2 years old.
