Administers both a public housing and Section 8 housing voucher program; owns and manages six projects which contain 611 subsidized units. It also administers 257 Section 8 housing voucher services: Subsidized housing units are:
Elderly Housing only: Jennings Manor and Budlong Manor;
Elderly/disable housing: Randall Manor, Arlington Manor, Knightsville Manor, Hall Manor.
