We are committed to increasing the supply of affordable housing in East Greenwich through both the acquisition and rehab of existing properties and new housing developments.

East Greenwich Housing Authority has recently become a part of the centralized (statewide) wait list for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program. This program allows applicants to select the city & towns in which they would like to be placed on their waitlists. To apply please click the following link:

The Waiting list for Public Housing 2-3 bedroom units opened on September 7, 2017 and will be remain opened indefinitely. If you are interested in receiving an application (Public Housing Only), please call 885-2610 (x16) or (x13) and provide us with your name & address and one will be forwarded to you.
