"Income eligible Recipients of Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance, Federal Public Housing Assistance, Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations, Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Supplemental Social Security, Tribal Head Start (income qualifying), Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families May also qualify if total household income is at or under 135% FPL."
