Assurance Wireless Lifeline is a government benefit program supported by the federal Universal Service Fund. Enrollment is available to individuals who qualify based on federal or state-specific eligibility criteria. It is available for only one wireless or wireline per household. It provides a low cost phone, 3000 minutes, unlimited texts, and 4.5 GB of data each month."
