Residential support in group homes and apartments; health and life education; behavior management; Independent Living Program; family support.
Provides a home-like environment wherein the resident is challenged to discover her/his own unique dignity and worth. Emphasizes consistent and individualized programming to encourage each resident to develop to his/her greatest potential and to have as much control over their own lives as they are capable of having. Support also supplied to persons living in their own homes, apartments or their family home.

The ReFocus Community Center at 45 Greeley St, Providence, offers our younger and more active folks a variety of educational programs and activities at our three-floor, 20,000 sq. ft. Center and through field trips in the community.

The ReFocus Community is made up of 14 Group Homes, 51 Supportive Living sites, 18 Shared Living sites and two Community Centers.

Income Source: Medicare, Medicaid, Division of Developmental Disabilities.
