Required Documents
In order to begin the home-buying process, PCF Development will need the following documents: Last two months of bank statements; Four most recent pay-stubs Completion of the PCF Development Home Buyer application Evidence of additional sources of income (SSI, child support, TDI, etc) Last two years of tax returns (including W2s)

Households whose income by household size is less than 80% of state median
Fees
Rent: 30% of income
