Description
Infectious diseases are those that are transmitted from one individual to another. These diseases, also known as contagious diseases, are caused by microorganisms, such as protozoa, fungi, viruses, and bacteria, that invades the body and causes a series of changes that leads to infection and damage to the body. Infectious diseases are one that can be transmitted by direct or indirect contact or through the air. While most infectious diseases last a short amount of time they can be quite serious, and sometimes fatal.

Also report all clusters and outbreaks of illnesses which may not be listed below. Laboratory confirmation is not necessary prior to report being filed. There are going to be three main types of places where people will be able to get vaccinated: The first type of place is a state-run vaccination site. The second location where vaccine will be available will be retail pharmacies. The third type of place where people will be able to get vaccinated is local and regional vaccination sites. These will include community clinics run by cities and towns. It will also include vaccination happening through some hospital and healthcare systems, community health centers, and other sites in the community. Registration for these sites will be determined by municipalities.
