The Fogarty Center is a private, non-profit agency that provides a variety of services and supports to children and adults with intellectual, developmental and/or other disabilities.
Providing Residential Opportunities, Self-Directed Support, Day Services and Children!s Services, the Fogarty Center is one of the original provider agencies in Rhode Island. The Center continues to refine and enhance its services with a commitment to developing innovating and individualized opportunities.
The Fogarty Center is dedicated to ensuring prompt service delivery with individualized and family oriented supports.
